On behalf of Talking Manuals and my self, I would like to thank you for your assistance in trying to resolve this problem with Ultimate TinyMCE and the Simple-Press Rich Text plugin. Also I would like to thank Marv the author of Ultimate TinyMCE. Both of you have been quite responsive in trying to resolve this mystery.
The outcome is to try to order files (plugins) so that one may start before another one.
