Using SP 5.0.4 on WP 3.3.1

Just installed Private Messaging plug in for the first time on a stable WP site. Installation appeared normal. Activated permissions, again normal.

The first time I attempt to send a test message, I get the following message in a new window, "Fatal error: Call to undefined function sp_forum_api_support() in /problem-with-post-edit-buttonome/content/07/8498207/problem-with-post-edit-buttontml/wp-content/sp-resources/forum-plugins/private-messaging/ahah/sp-pm-ahah-post.php on line 11"

Suggestions?

You need to also upgrade the SP core from the WP updater. Latest release is 5.1.1
