OK, sorry to bring this up again, but I have duplicated the issue...
I had the user try on multiple computers with the same result. I logged in as user from my home and attempted to add 1 user to the Buddy list. The user was not added to the list and immediately repeating the process produced the error.
I tried again, this time using 2 users separated by a comma. Neither user was added to the buddy list and a second attempt produced the error.
well, now you have confused me... up until this point, it was, as the title indicates, add all recipients to buddy list... that is from the PM page...
your current image has nothing to do with pms or the original topic of the post... so unless all the previous posts were a incorrect, not a duplicate...
so you can make this happen in two places now??? or one (and which one)??
and unfortunately, this is still an isolated incident... we have a ticket open, but are not able to replicate - nor has anyone else reported it... have tried with empty, single, multiple, etc with no luck on multiple browsers...
at this point, you would need to provide us (both andy and myself) a temp user account to try to see what might be going on...
what was your exact entry for the names?

Did not intend to confuse. Since the user was having difficulty adding buddies through the PM interface I suggested they try adding them individually through the buddy/advesary panel of the profile, which produced the same result - No buddies and an error.
I requested the users password and duplicated the error on my end (using FF).

Maybe I should have started a new topic, but in my mind it is a continuation of the original issue. Attempting to add Buddies - in any manner - results in no buddies and an error. Both errors also reference the private-messaging/library/ directory - one error for each file located in the directory. The first instance references $buddies[] = $id; and the second reverences $newBuddies[] = $userId;
As an added bonus I attempted to reproduce the original "add all recipients to buddy list" issue and was able to.
I will PM you both the user/pass in questions and an additional Admin user/pass.
just home from work, so wont have a chance to look at it until this weekend - andy might tomorrow... but thanks for the credentials... will help us to see if anything unique to your environment...

okay, I think I have isolated this and figured out what is going on...
working on a fix now and will update this when the change is committed...

Okay, the changes have been committed and seem to be working... so you grab the latest via svn update... or wait for nightly build... or wait until we push another update out through the wp updater - likely tomorrow...
