Extend tinyMCE by plugins

Why doesn't that surprise me?

Since day one of handling tinyMCE, I experience all kind of curiousities.

It's not always easy to handle, is it?

No, my second button bar is perfectly allright.

I installed the lang file on a second similar set up of my site and it shows the same picture. Next step for me is to install it on a 'blank' Wordpress and SimplePress - just to make sure it is not caused by the environment before I shift it over to the tinymce guys.

I don't see any way the environment should effect this to be honest.

You should check the file permissions that were assigned to the file when you copied up to the server - can it be successfully read by TM?

Now I have to try and work out where my second toolbar has gone... :)

And yes - TM is very twitchy to the slightest thing!

Checked all the file and directory permissions and they are o.K.

Everybody has read access to it - and it is exactly the same like the English and the French file which work.

Isn't it possible that other running instances of TM influence the result ? If they are not initialized correctly or using a different or default language? There are quite a lot of plugins out there in the wild using an instance of TM, sometimes hidden deeply in code.

I have also seen plugins enqueuing scripts in a way that others stopped working or produced garbage. This is what I meant with 'environment'.

Quite right. I was assuming though that none of this applied in your case. I am still intrigued.
