If you are asking how to order the topics or posts differently, ie newest to oldest, or oldest to newest, please see forum - options - general display settings... you can change the order on forum view (list of topics) and topic view (list of posts)...
If you mean other, please elaborate...

Thank you for your response, for us to be on same page, the screenshot I share is what I mean especially the items that on red border showing the latest posts. How can this be implemented to the forum to stop scanning all over the topics to see whats the most latest posts happening on any part of the forum website.
See Image:
Not really sure how much we can offer that would make any sense whatsoever. The first item is the QuickLinks listing of new posts - those unread ones are shown in blue. The second item shown is the popup new posts lists which shows them all.
BOTH of these tools are personalised to the registered user who is using the forum. Why would you want more...

Hello,
This is the request of the forum owner in which she wants to know when (the specific time the said posts had posted). Even the last post has been posted yesterday it will appear on the newest when no new post will occur right?
In summary, she wanted to know the specific date/time those last new posts happen/occurs.
which part of the module in which the query of the latest posts were exeuted? is there possibility to trap the time posted and the time NOW (real-time) to get the exact duration or how many mins/hours/days the latest post were created?
Thanks
Hello,
Thanks for the quick reply, yes similar to that. Can you guide me which part of the script to call the query for the latest posts/reply then I need to get the data/time it is posted then compute the duration like
[NOW-(date/time_posted)] = number of mins/hours/days has been posted
The time duration get from the formula above will then be shown like on the screenshot.
Sorry for those questions but we needed that feature to help get the attention of users to get involved with the latest discussion on the forum.
Regards
Sorry but before we go there I still do not understand what the new posts popup has that is different to what you are asking for. It shows posts you have not read (for each individual user) and shows when it was posted in exactly that sort of format. It dies the same job.
Or - are you talking about something specifically for the forum admin to use to see ALL new posts and make sure they read them all? If that is what you are looking for then I would suggest you take a look at our admin bar plugin - which I am using now to make this reply.

Hi,
Thanks a lot for your patience in answering lot of my questions. I'll try to figure out the one you mentioned below
An alternative surely, would be to use our Latest Posts widget. We use it on our footer at the bottom of this page. That can be styled in any way you want with a few options as to what is displayed.
Thank you very much!
