Hi when I click on the file upload it does not open the browse dialog. I could not find a jquery conflict.

currently, I am unable to log into your site... it throws server cgi errors when trying to log in...  will have to check back later...

incidentally, I would wonder about that jquery you are using to cycle through ads...  its doing an http request each time and its taking 6.5 seconds per request so really dragging down your site...
