Hi
Our users are getting Error 112 - Uploaded File no longer available.
The image is by no means exceptional and the upload works perfectly on a Mac running the latest OSX.
I tried deactivating and then reactivating the Plugin and clearing the browser cache on the iPad. Neither worked.
I was tempted to try uninstalling and then reinstalling the Plugin but then realised I'd have to repurchase! As we've used a lot of plugins for a long time we really don't want to start repurchasing. Maybe you could let me know how we solve that issue too in case we really do need to reinstall plugins at a later date.
Lets' do this backward.
Firstly, if you have purchased a plugin then you never need purchase it again. You can download a copy any time from your account page on our store.
Secondly, to be honest, deactivating/uninstalling and reactivating a plugin would rarely solve any problem. There may be one or two occasions where it might be recommended (by us) but certainly it is unlikely to help with 99% of issues. All you are doing, after all, is replacing program code with a copy of the same program code.
So - on to the issue. Uploading (all uploading) works by first copying a local file to a temp folder on your server (called by php 'tmp') where it can, if required, be further manipulated. Finally, it is moved to it's final folder destination and given the proper name.
The 'tmp' folder is supposed to clear itself I believe but I have come across occasions where some detritus has been left behind. I think the first thing you should do is check to see if the tmp folder is full and, if it is, arrange to have it emptied out. This needs to be asked of your hosting support.
Start there and I will discuss with colleague @mr papa when he turns up later on to see if he can think of anything else.

OK, we'll try that.
Regarding purchased plugins - The plugin does not show under our account details but it's use predates us becoming Gold subscribers. I'm not aware it was ever purchased as you didn't used to charge?
What should we do?

Make a backup copy of what you have. And when it gets upgraded make another of that. Safest way.
