Title pretty much says it all ....

1) drag an image to uploader
2) start upload
3) preview shows dupe of image (ie; image inserted twice)
4) post (save), post shows same (duplicated image)

Theme is unified, minimalist overlay.

Wondering if this is a known issue, something silly that I've overlooked (more likely than I'd like to admit !) or... ???

Searched in every way I could think of for instances of this problem, with no luck.

I figure you have not found it in our search because it has not happened to anyone else before ?

I think the first thing is to take a look at your other WordPress plugins. Anything that might have something to do with images - saving, processing or display of...? Even - just possibly - the WP theme?
