probably in 5.1... maybe sooner if we get real ambitious - there is bunch of UI work to do... but it wont let them edit their images...  that plugin is not intended to be a image manipulation plugin... its a simple file uploader...  and assumes you have the image or file already prepped for upload... 

its out of scope for that plugin...however, if someone wanted to adapt some other image editing library into a plugin for sp, we would not argue... wink
