Hello Guys,
The file uploader is missing a swedish translation.
I downloaded sp-plup-sv_SE from http://glotpress.simple-press.com and opened it in poedit. However i am unable to find the translation strings for the buttons:
*add files
*start upload
*stop upload
and some more...
Cheers
those are not part of simple press translation... but would be part of plupload translation directly... that said, not sure what sp-plup-sv_SE is either... sv_SE or se_SE would make more sense, I think, no?
have you set the file uploader language setting? so the plupload library translation is used? foum - components - uploads...

Moxie - the creators of both TinyMCE and plUpload have their own translation scheme which we have to support separately. If you look at the popup help on the file uploader panel where the language code can be set it will tell you where to look for pre-supplied translation files. But I suspect you do have an 'sv' file so I would start by trying that

Hi Andy,
The popup help is never much of an help, i allways get the same message "Sorry but a help file can not be found in your language".
I tried with sv, se and sv_SE, but the button is still in english. However as i wrote before, the sp-plup-sv_SE.mo file does not include any translation strings for the buttons. At least not the version downloaded from SP-Glotpress.
I found a swedish language fil at the plupload site, but i am not sure it helps me. Even their own demo in swedish have the same issue (buttons in english) as you can see of the below image.
You should get the popup help in English. Have you tried recently?
OK - Looking at the 'sv' translations file I can see that it is incomplete. I am afraid that this is how we get it from Moxie and it just means nobody has updated it and given it to them to offer in the language pack downloads that we then distribute.
You could do this easily enough if you need to - probably only take you a few minutes! If you look at the file you will see that there are pairs of text strings. Each pair is separated by a comma and each string in he pair is separated by a colon. Like so...
.... ,"Size":"Storlek", .... etc.
The left had string is the English original which has to stay exactly as it is. The right hand one is the translation.
