How an I force administration to every new post in the forum? I have installed admin bar.

not sure I follow... are you asking for an sp admin to get a notification on all new posts to your forum??? If so, check forum - admins - your admin options...

No, I want to read the posts before they are published. I asked the general support and got this answer:
Yes - you can optionally force all posts to require moderation. You can also set things up so that some groups of users require moderation on all posts and some do not. There is also the option to force moderation on a new users first post and then allow then to post freely after that. So lots of combinations.
But I do not know how to "force all posts to require moderation".
That is my question.

its a permission, so just make all users/guests have posts moderated...
