Something happened to my file/image upload after updating.
I can add the file, but I don't think it fully uploads but the start the upload link does not work.. And the buttons have disappeared. See screenshot

updating what? did you clear your browser cache?
looks like a bootstrap clash with jquery ui that comes with wp... does your wp theme use bootstrap? nothing changed here so not sure what was updated...

Wasn't there just an update with the file upload plugin? That is the update I am thinking of.

hmmm... yeah, but only two changes... one, an update to the admin help and two, change to the default permissions on storage location...
nothing that would have affected/caused this... are you sure it worked previously? as I said, looks like bootstrap.js issue in the wp theme... will have to check and see if I still have site info and take a look bit later...
are you loading forum js in the footer? on forum - integration - page and permalink...
