Hi community! Back to clarify your help. You see, I need to change the position of a function that appears in the header to a position at the end of the topic. This is the plugin for tags, I would instead be displayed in the next hader will shew (above or below) of social networks. Then leave two images:
As you can see, I like to change the position of the yellow to red. Obviously I'm looking to replace it. Not duplicate.
Any help? Thanks!

If I can just clarify, are you saying you want to move the tags from the header to inside every post?
You can put the tags wherever you like by editing the spTopicView template. You are looking for "sp_TopicTagsList" and "sp_RelatedTopicsButton" because you have circled Tags and Related Topics which are two seperate functions that work together.
You can move these functions into any other section of the template.
