Support Forum
Hi, I just came across this error message and wondering how to troubleshoot it.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin but still receive this.
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function sp_UserNewPostFlag() in /wp-content/sp-resources/forum-themes/reboot/templates/desktop/spGroupViewDesktop.php:70 Stack trace: #0 /wp-content/plugins/simple-press/forum/content/sp-template-control.php(292): include() #1 /tinyliving.network/wp-content/sp-resources/forum-themes/reboot-child-1/templates/spGroupView.php(22): sp_load_template('desktop/spGroup...') #2 /wp-content/plugins/simple-press/forum/content/sp-template-control.php(290): include('/home/xxxxxx/...') #3 /wp-content/plugins/simple-press/forum/content/sp-template-control.php(90): sp_load_template('spGroupView.php') #4 /wp-content/plugins/simple-press/sp-startup/forum/sp-forum-framework.php(467): sp_process_template() #5 /wp-content/sp-resources/forum-themes/reboot/templates/desktop/spGroupViewDesktop.php on line 70
I like SimplePress so far.
Great support!
Keep up the good work guys.
Traced it to the reboot theme, I'm using a reboot child theme. I think I messed up somewhere because when I deleted the child theme and reinstalled it, it installed to a folder called "reboot-child-1" instead of "reboot-child". I don't think I deleted it the right way and that's why it's installing to "...-1"
