The Get Image Size warning sort of mirrors the problem you had with saving images in posts in the first place. There is something odd about your server that is stopping SP tying to interrogate the image no matter what method is being used. So getImageSize() doesn't work nor does the WP remote call routine work. It all seems to add u p (to my thinking) to the server missing something or having something closed down that would normally be turned on...

Steve - any thoughts?

might be worth asking the host if GD is installed with php...  as Andy says, there is a fallback for that condition which should work too...

what about mod__security?  is it installed on your server?

Reply ISP: GD is installed. mod_security not active, but suphp is. Does this answer your question or do I ask them for more info?

They are also looking in to the problem, if it is something on their end... Well I'm waiting on a reaction from their side now :)

Well that was a bit disappoining or not? The helpdesk can reproduce my problem, but don't know where it comes from. They refer me to the person(s) who made it. So back again :) .

They did reffer me to my phpinfo for more info about what is on/off on the server. If you like I can mail you the address via PM. Still no solution on my end. Only more problems, because one of the other plugins is failing after the upgrade of WP :( . So still very busy trying to solve all the loose ends ;) . Can this also be related to the latest upgrade?

Waiting for you insight or suggestions and again thanks for your help :) .
