and did you check on the server for the file? i don't know how to.
and when uploading you got a success message? and when saving? yes to both.

Ok try saving a signature with an image but this time include a few words of text as well.

We have just tried both text then image (only shows text) , also image then text but (only shows text.)

so the file was on the server in the uploads location? and you are sure the user has BOTH permissions for signatures? upload image and use signatures? if you get text, the latter will be true...
btw, is this for all users, including admins? or just regular users?
