First of all, a late but great Congratulations! with your totally rebuilt version 5. You've done quite a job.
Now
- this might sort under General questions: Have you made a list of incompatible plugins?
Here's one: Widget logic (v 0.51 and 0.52b), otherwise a brilliant plugin, breaks the forum admin panel: Clicking a link in the vertical menu just makes the animated squares run and run for ever. Widget logic visual seems to work, though I don't know if the functionality is as good (but at least easier to use).

no, with 5.0 just released, we dont have a list of any plugins that cause issues... any idea why that one is an issue? any js conflicts jump out? a list of known issues is planed for the codex but not there yet.

It seems to massively conflict with the plugin Advanced Access Manager.
I tried it on two different clean installs and it throws a huge, massive string of js errors. I don't have them on-hand, but I simply had to disable to addon.

what does that plugin do??? was it loading old jquery instead of using wp version?

I have no idea why Widget Logic causes those problems. As late as v. 0.50 was totally rewritten to fit modern wp standards.
But it is quite simple with just one php file, so if you have lots of spare time, you know where to look...
