Is there any way to add moderation to private messaging?

I have the forums set so that I have to moderate approve the first post, well last night we had someone sign up and proceeded to PM some of the users, luckily it was a casting agent for a reality show not someone pm'ing porn or worse.

So is there anyway to block someone from pming until they have an approved post in the forums?
