mmh that isn`t possible. nobody votes in the test-poll and i also didn`t used the testaccount.
really strange. i created a new test-account and can`t vote too. In “Tracking Options” i use none voter tracking. so it sould be possible to vote more times.
i tested the 2 plugins on an other site too and there is the same problem. your sp-polls-file dosn`t work there too.
odd. we have thousands of downloads of the plugin and its working fine for folks…
is that account you created a wp admin AND sp admin?
this is weird… dug into the polls for an hour or two tonight and did find one issue… though its not the cant vote part… but an issue with the js…
so please try this file… not sure it will help, but worth a try…
would appreciate any feedback…
good news! glad to get it sorted! will of course be in the next version of the polls plugin which will release with the next version of SP… making some nice performance improvements in how we load css and js so they have to release together… thanks for the feedback!

Thanks! This also sorted out my “you did not enter a vote.” problem 
yeah, a bit of issue with contact form 7… fixed up for good, I think in next version… just waiting for wp 3.5 to release…
