i swapped out my theme and replaced with another and the issue is resolved.
How do I fix my desired theme - hate to trow away the investment as I want to keep SP

As I said it is usually pretty simple to fix. Usually!
You need to locate in the theme code where jQuery is being loaded and how it is being loaded. AND the jQuery UI core. The most common place for a simple theme would be in the themes 'functions.php' file but there may be some sort of extra php code file that starts things up - we have seen that before.
Look for code that uses the WP function 'wp_deregister_script', 'wp-registrer_script' and 'wp_enqueue-script' and when you find it copy and paste the lines of code and say 2 or 3 lines either side to a post here and we can help out.

I could not find the suggested code anywhere in theme source code (loaded to Windows 7 and then search)
I see a functions.php in the sahifa root and then a child folder functions with various phps and then a js folder.
Anyway to upload these files to you fr review?

No - you're right - could not find it n there anywhere. So - maybe something else is conflicting. I would need to see the actual error output.

No access logs are not going to be of any help.

i note multiple errors in log for each of the SP Plugins installed. All appear to be in green status so why the error message(s)
