I could’nt wait any more for a possible solution. This is why I took this decision.

Looking at a backup, I saw that there were an installed SP plugin called custom-profile-fields. 
Perhaps the problem origin.

I wouldn’t have thought Custom Profile Fields would affect the subscription options, and if it did then chances are we’d see other reports..
