There is a whole thread on the 'Bootstrap' issue here: https://simple-press.com/suppo.....ng/page-5/ - and post 46 of that thread describes what needs to be done. However that is for a very specific theme and I have no idea which theme you are using but the principle is the same.
It is not the Bootstrap file that needs to be changed but the loading of the various scripts to ensure they are loaded in the correct sequence - something many theme authors seem unable to get right.

Thanks you ... but you didn't reply my 2nd question as i need hid attachment from guest user ... only visible registered user ... i was check permission aria .. i didn't see any option to do that ....

These are permissions. Surely you must have turned them on for your users so turn them off in any permission sets that are used by your non-registered users. These would have been chosen by you when you created your forums. (Forum admin > Permissions > Manage Permissions)

Actually when im create forum i put "Read only " for guest , also in setting aria its now "OFF" ,,, but when im viewing Post on forum .. attachment showing unregistered user's
