Steve was asking for a link to your forum so we can see for ourselves what is being loaded. Although for a more in-depth analysis we would need you to provide a user account so we can try and run the PM system. If that is acceptable then please PM credentials to both myself and to 'Mr Papa'. Please include in the PM a link to your site, a link to this thread and brief reminder of the problem. And one of us will take a look for you.
Done, you have a PM !
Before anything I have to say that I do not believe in all the years I have been looking at websites I have ever seen a site that is loading as much JavaScript as yours is! I am surprised it loads as quick a sit does.
As to the main problem Steve (Mr Papa) called this correctly in post #4 above. You have this problem:
http://codex.simple-press.com/.....-conflict/
In your case the theme you are using is loading both the main jQuery and jQuery UI libraries from supplied copies instead of the correct WP supplied copies. What is worse is that they are old versions. And incompatible with the correct versions and usage.
There may well be other issues as well as the theme is loading so much script bit who knows until the first errors are fixed up...

Well of course to fix this absolutely properly you should request the theme authors to correct their code and to abide by the WordPress API. That is always the best solution.
Failing that you need to locate where in the theme code the jQuery and jQuery UI main libraries are being loaded so that the code can be changed accordingly. While there are recommendations for the location of this coding (the functions.php file of your WP theme most commonly) experience does suggest that many authors do not abide by this either - especially those who trample all over the API in the first place.
So - that is the first thing that is needed...
The real difficulty with this sort of situation is that until this is fixed you never know what it might be hiding. Sometimes the theme authors will also provide more custom scripts that are coded to use this non-standard environment so that even when you correct the initial loading of the libraries things still do not work - maybe in other areas of your site. This is why we campaign for stop this maverick behaviour and why approaching the theme authors to correct things is the best option.

Hi boys, i come back to write here.
After couple of days the problem has not been solved.
I have various problems in forum..
I tell the creator of my theme of wordpress but they tell me that is impossible to fix the problem without one "hard fixing" by one skilled man...
i believe that they try to avoid me for this problem
Tell me what i can do now -_-
Hi Mr Papa, and Yellow Swordfish,
My PM system isn't working correctly. When I try to reply to any PM's, the window that loads doesn't allow for any place to write a response. Just a blank white area that's not dynamic. Essentially there's no place or way for me to reply to PM's.
Also, I'm no longer receiving email notifications when new users register, which was always the case until last month. I don't have any idea why this is but if you could please help me with this issue as well, I would appreciate it. Nothing has changed. I update SP and WP when new updates are available, and I haven't added any new plugins.
If you can please go in and have a look, I would appreciate it.
*PM with login credentials sent to both of you about this.

I'm having this problem since the latest SP update too.
Edit: it's not just PMs, it's for all topics on the forum too. It works only if I disable the SP plugin Editor TinyMCE Rich Text.
Have you updated your WordPress to version 3.9.0?
Have you updated Simple:Press to version 5.4.2
Have you updated the Simple:Press TinyMCE plugin to version 3.0.0
And if the answer to the above is yes in all cases - have you cleared out your browser cache as a lot of scripts have changed within WordPress and SP?
