The other 3 are recent additions since the update. On those, I’ve noticed they only move to the top if I add an outgoing message, if they are below the top message when a new incoming message arrives they stay in the same position in the list, they don’t move to the top.
I think this might be the crux of the issue. We always believed there might be conflicts with some existing older PMs when it came to sorting and displaying. So the profile fits what you are seeing. The problem is with the old PM data where it sometimes did not get it quite right. As older PMs get removed and disappear I believe these things will resolve themselves.
OK, I’ll keep an eye on it. I can’t be 100% certain but I think even the newer threads don’t sort properly, they move to the top when I reply with an outgoing message but not when I receive an incoming message from someone else.
