poll answer choices hyperlinks?

Hi, i am wondering if there is an easy way to have the poll answer choices be anchor text links? I have tried to see if it would work already but it does not atm, just shows the anchor text but not as a link..

can you explain the use case for answer choices being hyperlinks??  sorry, just struggling with why one would want to do that...

and no, html is not allowed in the answer choices so currently wont work...
