Just figured it out and feel foolish.

The create polls icon is under the post text and not above. Duhhhhhh

I can't get polls to work.

Using the latest version of Simple:Press as well as all my plugins.

What am I doing wrong? I can't see the option to add polls. Haven't seen it for quite a while.
I remember having an issue in the past where some forums where not enabled for polls but I can't even find that option any more.
