So - for reasons currently unknown, the PBE code is reading the sent email but, after normal filters etc., finding that the actual post content is empty.
All I can suggest is that you reply to this forum post by PBE. That you use the account you are having problems sending from. And that you ONLY USE content that you might use on your own site - i.e., simulate a normal reply to your own forum. If it gets published here then that does suggest a local site issue which at least should help focus where to look.

OK. I sent 4 reply emails from the account that is giving me trouble. If you looked at the screenshot of the email log I posted, you will also notice that Reply PBE from Corporate email addresses are what tend to fail (from the data I have so far).
There were two sent without erasing anything. Then I sent 2 emails erasing everything above the line which advises you to "insert your text above this line"
It looks like ALL 4 made it through.

So either you need changes made to the code since the last update (awaiting WP 3.6 to drop before we can release). Or - you have something at work on your site that is adding filters in some way and changing the text content. Not sure what else it might be...
