Nothing is wrong with the admin emails... except that I can't reply to them via email.
But it tells you quite explicitly what is wrong in the post by email log. You are sending the emails with an invalid email address that SP does not recognise.
I would suggest you read through the codex article on how to set up and use PBE... The email address you use to SEND with has to be recognised by SP - that is the only way it can tell who you are.

Yes I have looked through it... multiple times.
Connection to Mailbox Failed: PBE was unable to connect the mailbox. Check the correct mailbox names are attached to firms and the email settings are correct

If you think that your plugin set-up tutorials are thorough, you are mistaken. You should probably have someone who is not a developer rewrite them so that they can actually be step-by-step accurate.
In this case, I have done everything that I'm supposed to do, in addition to having the correct email on my WP and SP account to no avail.
Additionally, I feel as though you are intentionally vague in your responses, which leads me to post on here about 5 more times than I should probably need to in order to fix the issue.
The boxes are correct, they are in the forums, I have post by email permission, I have the right email address.... what now?
What on earth is vague about my response above (post #28)? Did you read it. I have told you there exactly what your problem is and pointed out clearly that the PBE Email log that YOU sent a screen-shot of tells you this. And I suggested that you read the codex article because it also tells you about using a sending email address that SP knows.
I'm sorry but the main reason you need to post so often is that you often do not asnwer the questions we ask or apperar to read the answers we give carefully.
