I installed the post ratings plugin and enabled it for thumbs up/down style. However, it only shows up in two forums.

Is there a way to turn it on or off in individual forums that I may have triggered?

Forget it. Apparently you do have to manually enable post ratings on forums created before you enabled the plugin.
