Printing an entire thread?

Is there a feature, switch, accessory, check box or plugin that will allow a user to print an entire thread instead of just one post at a time?  Our forum is very top heavy with older members who prefer hard copies of information and we've had many requests for this feature which I can't seem to find anywhere.

Most odd! I do not think we have ever been asked for this before yet this is the second request in so many days.
It is on the list of things we would like to do but is one of those things, because it doesn't get repeatedly asked for, tends to fall off due to more popular features that get multiple requests.
The best I can say at te moment is -hopefully - one day. But I will explore whether this could be handled throuugh a plugin.
