Problem to upload blog-linking plugin

I try to upload the blog linking plugin and its appear that is not possible to install because it dosent find the plugin, even if I download it and upload.....Please help.

I am going to have to ask the obvious question... did you upload it to the right place? SP plugins go (by default) into /wp-content/sp-resources/forum-plugins/
