Actually, all the buttons in every option menu are not working. I can't for example update the display option or any other setting. No error comes out - i press the update button and nothing happens.
I installed the firebug and opened the console section All. Its said: Post http://adress 403 Forbidden 303ms
Or am i looking in the wrong place of the firebug?

no, thats right... so your server is rejecting the ajax requests - the 403 forbidden...
is your server by chance running mod_security?

Thank you, we fixed everything, the problem was in mod_security 
May be you could answer a question about this plugin - blog linking. The posts were all transmitted to the forum - that's good, but the comment - not. Which option should i choose the comments would be transferred together with the posts?

Ah good old mod_security - the bane of a web developers life!
The 'comment' options are all in the bottom of the blog linking admin panel. To be honest the pop help in there says about the same that I would say here so I would suggest taking a look at that for explanations of the options...
Otherwise can you be more specific?
