Afraid I remain at a complete and total loss. These are just notices. They have no impact on the result although they do, curiously, suggest that the widget options you set up had not been saved which is a bit of another puzzle because without saving them how could it display anything! There is also a suggestion that for some reason not all of the default values around the system have been pre-filled. The only time I have seen this before has been when someone installed SP and then deleted it instead of uninstalling it and then re-installed again later. I assume this is not the case here. But again - it would have no impact on the data returned for filling the widget.
I throw it open... has anyone else got any ideas we have not looked at
kind of sounds similar to what I was going through a couple years ago
kvr28 - that's a really good point - wow I had forgotten about that one.
Right - to save you too much effort reading the first question is - are you able to look at your database tables? I.e,. using a tool like phpMyAdmin via your hosting control panel.
If yes then can you take a look at the table named XXX_sfmeta (where XXX is your WP table prefix). You are looking for a row (or rows) where the 'meta-type' column has a value of 'topic_cache'. The question is - is there more than one row with this value?
If there are then delete them BOTH. Actually deleting a single row might be useful too just in case.
