i have a user that is suppose to have access to forum "heeling problem solving" section and keeps getting access denies message ..

Access denied - you do not have permission to view this page

i have checked settings and all seems ok ...

please help ..

Hey Debby,

It's a little hard to give you a definitive answer for this one straight away. When you say you have checked the settings and everything is OK, what settings are correct?

It definitely sounds like a permissions issue so before digging deeper, could you just verify that the forum in question has the correct permissions set in place, and that the member is part of the correct corresponding usergroup?

but that doesnt show whether the user is a member of the healing group... can you verify that?  visit their sp profile and view the permissions for that forum and post a screenshot please..
