you can change this users permissions... move them into another usergroup...  have you verified they are only in one usergroup? or is it multiple?

did you try the auths cache clearing?

Please be sure to pm the info to Ike too...  I am off in the early AM on business trip and may not be able to check until Friday...

It looks like the answer might actually be in the third screenshot attached to post #3.. Although it was so small and hard to read, now looking at the admin panel I can see..

The user in question appears to be in the 'Members' usergroup, and looking at the forum in question (Healing and Problem Solving Class) it appears to have Members - No Access as one of the permissions..

So in short, she doesn't have access permissions.

unless no access has some unique permissions, then I would just remove the set...  if a user does not have membership in a usergroup on a forum, they wont get any access at all, vice getting the permissions of the no access membership set (they might be the same)...

I can see that too, although I don't have an answer as to how it could have changed, set it back and also you could do as Mr Papa suggests and remove the no access set if it is safe to do so..

But do let us know if anything changes or you have the same problem again.
