the edit membership i can't find anymore .. it is gone???

 

maybe this has something to do with it??

Sorry, I figured you already knew how to do this - probably would have saved a few posts!

OK so firstly, again I'm not sure how there are no SP admins defined, but you can add admins by going to forum > admins > manage admins. Since you are a WP admin you will have SP admin capability until admins are defined here so it wont restrict usability. See the box at the bottom 'Add New Admins'.

Then you want to add the user to the correct usergroups in forum > usergroups > manage usergroups. Find the usergroup you want to add her to, and click 'Add New'. Then it's just a case of finding her in the list. Should be good from there..
