https://simple-press.com/downl.....ad-plugins

Not resolving to proper site location and instead redirects to https://simple-press.com

I'm logged into the support site with Gold Membership so I see no reason for the redirect other than a site error..

Any help?  I'd like to install a few of the additional plugins tonight to have a live test tomorrow for some clients.

Sorry Jason but there is nothing set wrong here. All seems well and I can see from the activity that we have had visitors in and out over the last few hours with no problem.

Ok then I am thoroughly confused.  I have purged history and browser cache in Firefox, tried Safari, tried Chrome, tried another user login that I created on the machine and then tried all three browsers from that user login as well... still the same result...takes me to the home page.

I'm in SF, California.  I wonder if there is an issue with the routing from here to the servers.   I will try from an alternate originating IP and see if that corrects the issue.

Thanks for the help

>>Tried on my phone and ipad using the 4G connection rather than my WiFi just to see if that would have a better result, still the same issue.  Not sure what is going on from my end but it's bizarre if you all are seeing it and I can't resolve it.

I'm using the link that comes up on the download page https://simple-press.com/downl.....d-plugins/ takes me to https://simple-press.com

I VPN'd into one of my clients servers closer to SF and tried from there as well...same issue.

I think I have figured out what is going on here... sort of...

Paypal has issued a hold on your membership purchase...  so the purchase was never completed... hence the no access to the plugins download page...  I am trying to ascertain from paypal what the issue may be so we can see press forward here...

Hey, well that is interesting.  I know we are fine account wise so that is odd.  I can call the bank and see if they are doing any sort of hold.

Also, back channel me to direct email for some additional information please

Thanks, Jason

My bank verified payment going through with no problems.

Paypal verified no issues with payment being collected from me and my bank.

Not sure what the issue is but they said they could give me no info on what happened to the money after it left payment processing and went to payment receipt (to your account)
