 Hi, 

 Is anyone having this problem? (see picture)

 The start upload button does not work.  

 With the mouse over it shows ''Using runtime: html5''

You most probably have a JavaScript conflict - at least that would be the first thing to check for - in your wp theme or another plugin - which needs to be fixed. This codex article explains what this means and what to look for:
