Subscribe option isn't showing for normal users

Hi,

I just purchased the plugin license just for the subscribe button option and now it only works when I am logged in as an admin. Can you let me know what could be the problem?

The subscribe button is activated and I have the latest Simple-press forum.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
