maybe I am being obtuse, but do you mean the wp admin when you say control panel?  or the actual server control panel...  lol, not sure why I am asking - not really important! cool laugh

No way - gotta be clear about this stuff.

I meant that the SP Control Panel showed that the plugin was properly installed and activated.

It wasn't until I looked at the log file (via the SP Control Panel) again that I realized it was a DIR error.
