You need to do one thing first an then I can take another look.
WP has some requirements of themes and one is mandatory call to the function wp_footer(). Your theme is not making this call.
If you don't know where to put this the best thing is to look at the Wp default theme footer.php template and find the call in that and then do the same thing in your theme,

Hi guys,
Just realized that my site as well having issue with TinyMCE toolbar missing/not visable after latest SP update.
However, it only apply to forum members with IE8 and IE9. Members with Firefox and Chrome have no issues.
Cheers

Well I apologise. I must have been imagining things. Tired perhaps. So sorry for the false start.
Ok the problem I can see but can not explain. for some reason the plugin options are not being saved correctly in your database. Actually - having experimented I think the problem is that the old options are not actually being removed.
So try as I might I can not correct them through the UI.
Is it possible for you to take a look at your database? I need to know some values in one of the tables and also change them directly in the db if that is going to be possible...

Ah sorry - this got lost in the original thread posts.
I am not really sure what to do at the moment as I don't have a PC and can not, therefore, try anything with IE. Need Steve for that. I was going to do a search to see if such a problem has arisen before recenty but I don't recall anything. I will do that now.

I just talked to another swedish guy who have the very same issue since latest SP update. However, if he inactivates following SP plugins: subscribtions, tags, watches and topic describtions... the TinyMCE suddenly shows up again.
Did not try that my self yet, since i am at work. But i wanted to share since it might be of some help to you.
Cheers
