Thank you very much for your "Guide". I will put myself to work.

It is not the PRINZ-Shortcode Collection, as I didabled all plugins allready, one by one and after one and all of them....

But I will certainly install Organizer. Thanks.

As you can notice from this thread, I played for almost a wekk, with plugins on/off in the WP admin panel, it was not helping.  After installing plugin organizer, and disabling the plugins for the forum page, resolved all the issues.

The PRINZ_shortcode Collection is part of your Branfordmagazine theme.  It is a beautiful theme, but it uses jquery-1.3.2, jquery-1.4.4 and jquery-16.1.  Take a look into branfordmagazine/scripts/PrettyPhoto/js folder.  You will see multiple jquery libraries. Three different versions of jquery on top of WP default jquery library.  I would not dare to use it.  It is a beautiful them but more or less clone of Eleganthemes with similarly styled shortcodes, but at thrice the cost of Elegantthemes.  Elegantthemes are better coded and do not load multiple versions of jquery libraries.  Multiple versions of jquery libraries will cause issues sooner or later.

I am a member of Elegantthemes, and I like a few of them. But what do you mean with you would not dare to use the Branford Theme or the Shortcode Collection??

Could I download the shortcode collection from Elegantthemes and make it work with Branford?? Remember, I do not have any idea of coding...

Brandfordmagazine theme shortodes are ditto of Elegantthemes, in look and feel.  Therefore, I said, that it is clone of Elegantthemes but you pay three time more for Brandfordmagazine.  The Brandfordmagazine has multiple versions of jquery libraries which Elegantthemes does not.  Elegantthemes load WP default jquery library, instead of its own.  Loading multiple jquery libraries will eventually cause problems therefore I said that I would not dare to use it.  It is a poor coding in Brandfordmagazine theme.

You could theoritically download Elegantthemes shortcodes plugin from their Members area and convert any theme (even Twenty Eleven) to a Elegantthemes look-a-like.  It does not require coding.
