Further update. I disabled the ShareThis plugin and manually inserted the ShareThis code into my WP Theme template. Now two plugins Topic Status and Who's Online are cuaisng TinyMCE problem. Anyone of them activated give TinyMCE problem.

that combination you mention, as you know, is not a problem in the real browsers... still anxiously awaiting IE 10... I know that does not help you... time permitting we can try to gather that plugin, I use it on a few of my sites, and see if any obvious reason why they might not like each other... and just a clarification, but it wont by our plugins not liking tinycme, but share this... 
as to your error log, the last set are not errors, but harmless notices... the line 364 one is already removed in the next version...
I am a little confused by the topic status one... have you been enabling and disabling the plugin (ie in researching the js conflict)? I would expect potentially to see it once on activation if the db entry already exists since mysql does not give you an easy way to check for existence before doing db entries... and its not a fatal error, just continues on fine... so if you are not uinstallling or disabling frequently, I would be concerned...

I have had and still have the same problem. Now I have given up and simply told my members to get a real browser. We'll just hope the problem solves itself when IE gets updated to version 10.

a couple of things to try here... go to forum - integration - page and permalink and disable loading of forum js in the footer... see if it matters...
also with regards to share this... can you disable it for the forum page? at least temporarily... actually, I know you can, but might involve custom page template for the forum...
can you verify that share this even works on the forum page at all? by works, I mean grabs the right url... I half expect it to be incorrect because share this will likely misdetermine the url since all forum content appears on a single wp page... so it might very well get confused... point is if share this doesnt get the canonical url for the page based on the url rewrite rules, you might want it disabled on the forum page anyways...

To answer your question 4, I do not see Javasccripts conflicts in Firebug. The IE 9 has developers tools (known as Command bar) and it showed no conflicts.

Well, let's not get into philosophical discussions. As far as Engine is concerned it is notgoing to change much in IE 10. As far as teaching is concerned, UNFORTUNATELY, I know enough about programming. I had been big supporter of Opensource projects. I started X11 port to Windows which was later on merged into official X11.org tree. You will find my name as the founder of the project under contributors at http://xfree.cygwin.com.
It is not true that Simple Press and plugins has no problems at IE9. As I type I see problems with SimplePress forum. When I click "Quote", I cannot type after quoted message in the IE9. I had to switch to HTML view to type my message after quoted message.
I did send a link to my site and Private Message to Mr. Yellow Swordfish the login id and Password to check/test the issues. It was beautifully ignored and a philosophical discussion was started.
Apparantly, the problems are as following:
1) ShareThis plugin v 5.2 uses jquery version 14.2 which is old. It is loading its own old jquery libraries. Loading multiple libraries in WP, it causes javaconflicts or not, is not a goood ida. It is going to create problems. Therefore, I inserted ShareThis tracking code manually in the Template, and discarded the ShareThis plugin. This resolved a lot of conflicts.
2) After point (1), the issues are boiled down to Topic Share and Online plugin. Activating these plugins messes up the tool bar of TinyMCE. Only Spolier and Syntex Highlight buttons are visible in IE 9.
I am pretty sute there are issues wiith Topic Share and Online plugin on IE9 . I am using Elganttheme ArtSee theme.
Since your plugins are available only to paid membership, therefore, I do not want to mess around with the code of those plugins.
