I got this error message "Unable to save This post contains an iframe which are disallowed" when i tried to embed a youtube video into a post, the funny part is, that "insert/edit Embedded Media" feature creates the iframes, so one must assume that it should work in the post, but no, Simple forum doesn´t allow it. Is this due to some settings i have to enable or is this a bug?

The problem is mainly just with YouTube who switched to using iFrames a year or so ago. The problem with iFrames in the forum - where you allow others to post content - is that it is an excellent way to highjack your site and deliver rogue code etc. Which is why we disallow it.
There are two other options for YouTube videos. The first is the older method of embedding which it still supports. But the easiest way is to simply paste in the YouTube URL as SP supports the WP oEmbed method which will create an iFrame safely in the background.
