I assume you have tried in multiple browsers?
and did you say it worked for smaller files? just not large ones? wondering if some internal plupload struggles here...
sorry, if asked before, but what is your php ini setting for post_max_size? wonder if it wants us to chunk it... if its smaller than 20MB, that might be it... so can either increase or can give you the settings for plupload to chunk...

the post max size must be larger than the file size... or we need to set it up to chunk the file (upload in pieces) for you...

dear mr. pap and swordfish,
thank you for your help, we now placed a phi.ini in the wordpress root folder:
post_max_size = 40M
upload_max_filesize = 30M
max_execution_time = 720
works perfect, thank you!

yes. good news... it would have been possible to chunk the file into smaller increments if you wanted... just have to change an option... but glad its working!
