Support Forum

I have latest version of sp 5.2.2, file uploader 2.0 and tinyMC 2.03. All other plugins are disabled. When I upload a video to my server via wordpress media upload, then try to ad to forum post via tinyMC it will display and play ONE time after I save it.

Here's how I'm uploading in forum (its MP4):

When I look at the Source tab it displays:

<object>code</object>

Now, the issue is when I navigate to other areas of my forum, then comeback to this post, the video no longer appears. I've tested a video from youtube by simply adding the URL into the content area and it works just fine.

I've changed my theme to the wordpress twenty eleven to see if maybe it was my theme, but no changes. My question is, how can I get videos which I have on my server play in the forum? I will eventually have videos with a table of contents and ability to click through to various points in video, thus uploading them to Vimeo and simply copying url will not work for me.
