That is calling the WP version "/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js".

I just totally cleared out the cache etc. to make sure and changed the call Yellow Swordfish provided, which calls :

But it still yields the same result - Fancybox working but the ''Add reply' not working at all

I think we may have found the issue...

Just tried Safari and Chrome again and all are no go.

I am guest and you are admin...  and other plugins running on site that might be admin specific?

can you log out and try as guest?

Well, OK, as a guest it seems to work.

So the question is, why with a call to jQuery outside of the local version, and an older one at that, does it work 90%, but with a call to the local version does it not work at all when logged in as the 'Admin'?

you did not answer the previous question... any other wp plugins that affect admins only? ie give you more things you can do...  or your wp theme for that matter...

would be worth trying the same test as a regular user too...

Ahh, sorry.

Nothing that stands out. Gravity Forms *might* have been it but with it deactivated, still nothing.

I have turned off all the plugins and cleared the cache totally to check but it seems like that has had no effect.

I guess next step would be for you to set up a temp wp admin account for us and pm the details... so we can see the actual generated error...  if that works for you, pm the detail and a link to this topic to yellow swordfish and myself...
