Unfortunately due to some heavy database work I am currently engaged in I can not test an import immediately although I will endeavour to build a system that will enable me to do so over the next day or so.

However - assuming you are using SP5.1.4 then I have discovered a bug in the code to do with the population of the forum and topic slugs. I doubt very much that this would effect the creation of post records but I also can not discount the possibility. If you would like me to send you an updated version of the importer plugin then I will happily do so unless you prefer to wait until I have rebuilt a system I can test your db import in...
