Is there a way to create a weekly digest of all the topics started?

I'd like to set it to email on a Monday or whenever something like

Here are all the topics on the forum for this week.

1. topic 1

2. topic 2

etc.

If that's not possible using a plugin, is there a quick way to do it. Eg., maybe there's an admin page that shows me all that and I can just copy and paste it once a week?
