Is there any way to leave the individual Group RSS buttons enabled and disable the "All RSS' button?

remove the template tag display in spFooter.php that displays the button... of course, we strongly urge you to make your own sp theme before making changes: http://codex.simple-press.com/.....g-a-theme/
